Jammu, Jan 07 (KNO): An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in the forest area of Kamadh Nullah, Billawar in Kathua district on Wednesday, officials said. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the Special Operations Group (SOG) Kathua has engaged terrorists in the forest area of the Kamadh Nullah. He said that security forces had launched a search and cordon operation since morning in the area, following which contact was established with the hiding terrorists. “More reinforcements are being rushed to the area, while further details will be shared accordingly,” he said—(KNO)
